Our bookkeeping services are perfect for the small or medium size business owner who has little time or experience in bookkeeping and taxes. Together with our other services, we offer total business solutions that can cost less than having a part-time or full-time bookkeeper on staff.

Periodic Bookkeeping & Review

Provide us with bank statements and financial records or your financial software's reports. If you use Quickbooks®, Peachtree® or Microsoft® Money, just send us a backup copy of your file. We will review your records and determine the needed tax adjustments. If you have any subcontractors that need to be provided 1099s, we will have the records and be able to complete these prior to the January 31 deadline.

• Bank reconciliations allow us to identify checks that are still outstanding and deposits that have not been made.
• Errors by the bank do sometimes happen - we will help identify those errors to ensure all transactions are proper and justified.
• Cases of fraud and embezzlement are more easily detected.
• Always know where your business stands financially. If you need a loan, you will need to furnish financial statements - which are available immediately without worrying if it is accurate.
• Know where your money is being spent and if you need to find alternative solutions to lower your costs.
• You will be prepared to issue W-2's and 1099's timely (both due by Jan 31) if all the data has been verified throughout the year.

Sales Tax

We can prepare your sales/use/excise tax returns on a monthly or quarterly basis, based on the sales and related data we book for your business one of our bookkeeping services. If you are not a regular Bookkeeping client, we will simply ask you to provide us with your sales and sales tax reports from your records, and we will prepare your sales return.
